Description
Sodium thiosulfate is primarily used in dyeing, where it converts some dyes into their soluble colorless “leuco” forms. It is also used to bleach wool, cotton, silk, soaps, glues, clay, sand, bauxite, as well as edible oils, fats, and gelatin.
